My vision for Aim to Thrive is to empower and inspire workers through wellbeing education, building a far stronger, healthier and more resilient workforce.

 

Rafael brings a vast skillset to the table and loves to share truly innovative H&S and Wellbeing solutions and always strives to exceed client expectations.

 

Rafael has numerous years experience managing Health & Safety in the construction industry and is extremely passionate about inspiring change in the way we view wellbeing and mental health in the construction industry.

 

Rafael’s passionate about providing a service for his clients that is seamless and a transparent pathway to fulfil their goals.

 

In Rafael’s spare time he travels in New Zealand and overseas, he loves to make meals for his family & friends.

 

Rafael is a professional photographer and he really enjoys photographing NZ’s beautiful natural scenery. He also spends his free time training with his teenage children, Naomi and Ben.

 

Rafael's idea for Aim to Thrive came to him while listening to numerous presentations on the enormous problem we have with poor mental health (and the extremely high suicide rate) in the construction industry.

As a highly sought-after mentor, influencer and international speaker, her teachings have helped thousands of individuals around the world to break through their weight loss and performance plateaus and redefine their understanding of complete health and wellness.

Dani’s journey began in her inner-city private practice clinics, where women came to see her after being stuck in a weight loss plateau. After the Nutrition 101 teachings were falling short of the mark, Dani looked to other factors that influence metabolism and saw incredible results with her revolutionary new system.

Armed with an abundance of knowledge, scientific research and a true desire to help people regain their health and vitality, Dani empowers and inspires people to take charge of their health and happiness through one-on-one coaching, live events and online courses.

Passionate about changing the face of Financial Literacy in New Zealand/ Dean is championing this change by running Financial Literacy Workshops for young professional groups, corporates, colleges, universities and professional athletes in Wellington, Auckland and Christchurch.

Dean understands how the unexpected can affect your life both personally and financially. He has personally experienced a major event and understand how this impact can affect you and your family. The challenges he had to overcome have given him a unique perspective which he applies when working with his clients and organisations.

Originally from Canterbury, he has travelled extensively before settling in Wellington. He enjoys open water swimming and is a keen mountain biker and takes any opportunity to get out in the hills around Wellington.
